REDEFINING THE STEAKHOUSE

As the name suggests, P.S. Steak was established to continue the story of the historic space that was once famed La Belle Vie. As Chef Mike DeCamp spent 10 years at the former
French restaurant, P.S. Steak is a homecoming and opportunity to write his own chapter for the space. P.S. Steak disrupts the perceptions of a typical steakhouse
while honoring the legacy of one of the great culinary foundations in the Twin Cities.

P.S.Steak consists of two distinct spaces being the Lounge and Steakhouse both of which are available for private events and set with their own individual statement bars.
The Lounge is a versatile event space lending itself to large group dinners and, in the days before the need for social distancing, large receptions as well.
From the wood paneled bar to rich fabric-tufted round booths, the Steakhouse is a chic and inviting space for guests suited best for intimate seated dinners.

THE LOUNGE

The Lounge is a versatile event space lending itself to large group dinners of up to 40 and receptions of up to 100. It is available for private events through a buyout of the space giving full use of the dining room and Lounge bar.  While the Lounge can seat up to 40, you would not feel out of place with an intimate dinner of 20. Parties of 40 or fewer may begin with a reception at the bar in addition to a seated dinner.

THE DEN

Off the Lounge you will find a semi-private dining room which we call the Den.
We offer reservations of the Den every night during service for up to 8 guests.
This can be reserved as a standard reservation through out website.


 THE STEAKHOUSE

The Steakhouse offers an intimate, cozy experience in the historic dining room of the 510 building with an atmosphere reminiscent of a Victorian lodge.

The Steakhouse can seat up to 70 guests for seated dinners between the dining room and attached bar area through a buyout of the space.  Depending on group size, parties are able to reserve the Steakhouse bar for standing cocktails prior to a seated dinner in the dining room. The Dining room can be separated from the bar and reserved for private dinners of 48.

THE MENU

Chef de cuisine, Evan Plymire, presents an elevated yet accessible menu along with classic cuts of meat, dry aged in a display case directly in the dining room. In most cases private events will call for a preset menu. P.S.Steak’s event coordinator will work closely with you and Chef Plymire to create a menu tailored for your event.

Menus can be served family style centered around larger meat cuts intended to share or coursed as an individually plated dinner. If dinner is to be served standing with cocktails, we offer passed plates and chef’s carving stations along with a number of elevated displays for receptions. Our chefs offer vegetarian options and are always happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions.
