Mike came to Jester Concepts in 2022, several years after making a career change from corporate Operations Management to the service industry. Starting his bartending career at Travail and from there moving into Bar Management. He is passionate about crafting cocktails and cocktail programs that not only reflect the cuisines that his cocktails are paired with, but also the seasonality of his Minnesota home. He and his wife live in Northeast Minneapolis with an ever-expanding menagerie.
