Kevin comes to Jester Concepts with 14 years of experience working in kitchens throughout the Twin Cities. His passion for knowledge and growth in the culinary world has driven him to intentionally diversify his skillset - from hyper-seasonal Farm to Table, to Scandinavian, to French, Pizza, Italian. Most recently he was the Production Manager of the kitchen at Open Arms of Minnesota, a local non-profit focused on providing nutritious meals to clients living with life-threatening illnesses. He looks forward to contributing at Jester as the Assistant Culinary Director, offering a unique perspective on food shaped through industry experience, self study, and a passion for music and the arts.
